MADE is an Urban Trend Consultant. Driven by Art, Food, Fashion and Housing. The mission of MADE is to raise the quality of living in Antwerp and bring the experience of the city to a higher level. We want to create a city where everyone feels at home and likes to come home.

Our vision goes beyond real estate by considering its place and role within the life of the city, in order to cultivate its soul and develop its ‘true’ potential.

MADE sells and rents residential and workplaces in Antwerp. Its advisory, executive and progressive role is of crucial importance. We inform, advice and inspire clients, partners, developers and investors about design, innovation and urban trends.

The Big Idea

Our pleasure is to make and share beautiful things through real estate projects that embellish the city and make its districts thrive. We only invest in properties we truly believe in and create projects that respect the building, its area and its inhabitants. Our aim is to preserve the authenticity of a neighbourhood with an emphasis on its human dimension, to make it grow by connecting the right assets with the right people.

We offer authentic properties at an affordable price. We give a new life to old buildings and seek out noble materials at the best price, helping invigorate great places whilst making them financially accessible.
We believe it’s essential to understand the history of a building and its environment in order to cultivate its soul and develop its ‘true’ potential. We undertake each project with an creative and aesthetic approach that will allow us to reinterpret the use of certain know-hows and materials.
Guided by passion and desire, we select the projects that are dear to our hearts and develop them according to our own vision. That’s why we only offer finished projects that will attract like-minded people.
We see and go beyond our product by considering its ole within the life of its district. We want to create a network that connects the right project with the right people in order to energise the city’s neighbourhoods.
